Professional Background
Currently serving as Principal Aeronautical Consultant to Congo Airways, Mr. Kombo advises on national aviation strategy, fleet acquisition, regulatory alignment, and international airline partnerships. With more than two decades of global experience, he has led commercial aircraft transactions in over twelve countries and structured large-scale infrastructure initiatives, including a $100 million MRO facility partnership in Central Africa. His work has included high-level negotiations involving sovereign governments, multinational corporations, and U.S. legislative stakeholders, including participation in a $781 million U.S.–Africa Senate appropriation initiative. Throughout his career, Mr. Kombo has developed an extensive international network encompassing heads of state, U.S. senators, sovereign wealth funds, and global aviation leaders.

Tim Lawrence

Timothy Lawrence is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Officer and senior national-security advisor with deep expertise in counterterrorism, crisis planning, and international security cooperation.
Professional Background
During his 20-year military career, Tim served as an Infantry Officer, Special Forces Commander, and Middle East & North Africa Foreign Area Officer, specializing in intelligence integration, special operations planning, and advanced technology fielding. His assignments included national-level counterterrorism roles, multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq with Tier 1 elements, and command of a Combatant Commander–designated In-Extremis Force assault troop in Germany. He also served as a military attaché to Israel, where he managed SOCOM's largest bilateral Small Unit Exchange program. Following his retirement in 2012, Tim supported U.S. government special operations initiatives through The Wexford Group and completed extended advisory rotations across North Africa focused on partner-nation counterterrorism capacity building.
